My mom gets really mad whenever I say anything about the condition of the house I just want her to have a nice home. She says that she does too, but she always gets upset with me whenever I try to do anything with the clutter. it really upsets me because it’s already overwhelming for me it is for her too, but when it comes to the emotions and her becoming irate, how should I deal with that usually just gets me in tears and then we have a screaming match, but what is a healthy and productive way of trying to communicate with her without overwhelming her too much?

This is true!! I do this too keep certain people in my life away permanently so they can't hurt me. It started when I was young when I would attempt uglify myself too keep other people away. Then I did it my surroundings and later other parts of my life. Now it's habit and I can't seem to stop especially since it works so well. However it comes at a incredibly high cost and now it's very hard to change.

I was a slight hoarder after a lot of traumatic experiences all at once. I've since managed to get myself out of that slump due to how embarrassing it was. I lived alone in an apartment for about 6 years surrounded by my own garbage. The only thing to snap me out of it was because my girlfriend at the time was coming to live with me. I spent a month cleaning and organizing my apartment to a livable standard.

wish you offered dumpster trailers. where they can just leave the dumpster on trailer with wheels and then just pick it up with a flatbed truck, hitch the trailer to back of truck and go. I don't have the room to have a truck with a hydraulic arm that needs to lift up the dumpster to get it on the truck
